How do the maintenance plan work?
We require your WordPress admin login to gain access to your site. We install our maintenance plugin and we'll start by creating a backup of your complete site. We then proceed to manually update your site and check for any issues and resolve them. You will receive a comprehensive PDF report once per month.
Do you offer a volume discount?
Yes we do! We will offer a discount when you subscribe 3 or more websites on our plans. The discount will vary depending on the number of sites we maintain.
Do you offer annual plans?
Yes! All the plans are offered annually and must be paid in advance. Annual plans include free 2 months (eg: essential plan is $500).
